The CCNA certification finally happens!

After two weeks of getting a wide variety of answers from both Pearson Vue and Cisco, I am pleased to have my issue resolved. Cisco offered me a voucher to take the CCNA exam again, as consolation for my trouble with the test. It was a frustrating two week process, and I'm still unsure why a technology company would need two weeks to review a 90 minute computerized test, but I am pleased with their conclusion.

I used said voucher promptly to retake the CCNA exam, and I am now a happily CCNA certified. Well, almost.. I still need to find a job to put my skills to work.
